Golden lilikoʻi and bright lemon sparkling over crushed ice

Lilikoʻi Lemonade

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lilikoʻi pulp
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1 cup cold sparkling or still water
  • Crushed ice

Directions

  1. Stir the lilikoʻi pulp, lemon juice, and honey or syrup together.
  2. Add the cold water and pour over crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with mint and half a lilikoʻi.
