Ingredients
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz passionfruit liqueur
- 1 oz fresh passionfruit pulp
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Half a passionfruit, to garnish
Directions
- Shake the vodka, liqueur, passionfruit pulp, lime, and syrup hard with ice.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Float half a passionfruit cut-side up on the surface.
The floating passionfruit half is both garnish and a final burst of tart flavor — eat it at the end.
