Ingredients
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz passionfruit juice
- ½ oz grenadine
- Crushed ice
- Bamboo back scratcher, pineapple and cherry, to garnish
Directions
- Shake all three spirits, juices, and grenadine with ice.
- Pour over crushed ice in a tall tiki glass.
- Garnish with pineapple, cherry, and the signature back scratcher.
Created at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in the 1950s; the bamboo back scratcher was the souvenir you took home.
