Serves 1 tall glass

Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • Ice
  • Pineapple wedge, to garnish

Directions

  1. Blend the rums, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice until smooth.
  2. Blend the strawberries separately with a splash of juice.
  3. Pour the strawberry puree into the bottom of the glass.
  4. Pour the white blend slowly down the middle so the red climbs the sides.
  5. Garnish with pineapple and serve right away.

Serve immediately — the flow settles into pink after a few minutes.
