A frozen garden of fruit breaks into cool, creamy pieces beneath the flowers.

Tropical Yogurt Garden Bark

Makes 12 pieces

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lime, zested
  • ½ cup diced dragon fruit
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ½ cup berries
  • ¼ cup chopped macadamias

Directions

  1. Line a small pan with parchment.
  2. Mix yogurt, honey, and lime zest and spread ½ inch thick.
  3. Scatter fruit and macadamias over the top.
  4. Freeze 4 hours, break into pieces, and keep frozen until serving.
