Red-footed Booby

Perched above the surf, ʻĀ wears the colors of reef and sunset: coral-red feet, a rosy bill, and a wash of ocean blue around the eyes. From this windy lookout it will launch cleanly into the light and follow flashing fish beyond the breakers.
