Yellow Tang Parade
A bright procession through branching coral
Yellow tangs arrive like sunlight that learned to swim. They slip through coral branches in a loose parade, each one catching the blue water and turning it warmer.
The shallow reef becomes a lantern. Everywhere they pass, the coral seems to brighten after them.
