Old Stone Wall

Old stone walls can still be found throughout Maui's ranch and agricultural country.

Built from the volcanic rock that covered the land, they became fences, boundaries, and lasting pieces of the island's working landscape—especially beautiful when mist and sunlight bring a rainbow over the pasture.
