Strawberry Matcha

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Mash the strawberries with honey in the bottom of the glass.
  2. Add ice and milk.
  3. Whisk the matcha with warm water, then slowly pour it over the top.
