Iced Matcha Cloud

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Ice
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or coconut cream, for the cloud
  • 1 tsp vanilla, for the cloud
  • 1 tsp honey, for the cloud

Directions

  1. Whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Add milk and ice to a glass, then pour in the matcha.
  3. Whip the cream, vanilla, and honey until softly thickened.
  4. Spoon the cloud over the matcha and serve.
