Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple
- Ti or banana leaves, to line the platter
- Edible flowers, to garnish
Directions
- Halve the pineapple lengthwise, then quarter each half.
- Run a knife between the flesh and the skin, leaving the flesh in place.
- Slice the flesh crosswise into bite-sized pieces so it lifts out easily.
- Line a platter with leaves, arrange the wedges, and tuck flowers between them.
