Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz passionfruit juice
  • ½ oz grenadine
  • Crushed ice
  • Bamboo back scratcher, pineapple and cherry, to garnish

Directions

  1. Shake all three spirits, juices, and grenadine with ice.
  2. Pour over crushed ice in a tall tiki glass.
  3. Garnish with pineapple, cherry, and the signature back scratcher.

Created at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in the 1950s; the bamboo back scratcher was the souvenir you took home.
