Coconut Cooler

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 young green coconut
  • 1½ oz dark rum
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey syrup
  • Ice
  • Lime wheel and a bamboo straw

Directions

  1. Open the top of the coconut and add ice.
  2. Pour in the rum, lime juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Stir gently right in the shell.
  4. Sip through a bamboo straw, then spoon out the soft jelly meat when the drink is gone.
