Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1½ oz cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice
  • Toasted coconut, pineapple wedge, and a cherry

Directions

  1. Blend the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice until thick and snowy.
  2. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
  3. Top with toasted coconut and garnish with pineapple and a cherry.

For a virgin version, drop the rum and add a splash of coconut milk — nobody will notice.
