“Play”

This is what play looks like when nobody is keeping score — all teeth and no bite, all splash and no grudge. They will do it again in five minutes, and again after that.

Behind them the green cliffs hold the morning clouds, and the water is exactly warm enough that nobody has any reason to get out.
